A Sprint.
We build one workflow from a fixed menu, in accounts you own. Before you sign off it passes an acceptance test, and you get a plain English runbook and 30 days of defect fixes.
$3,500 for our first three clients, then from $4,500. Two to three weeks, half up front and half on acceptance.
A care plan.
We keep it running and keep improving it: monitoring, prompt and model updates, and 2, 5 or 10 hours of changes a month.

A person checks what matters. Anything important waits for a person to approve it before it goes out.
Your accounts, your build. We build in accounts you own, and once it’s paid for, what we build is yours.
Your data can stay in Australia. Amazon Bedrock in Sydney, Microsoft Azure in Australia, or a local model. Every statement of work names the model and the region.
Measured on your data. We test accuracy on examples from your own business, so you know how well it works before you rely on it.

Monitoring, updates and changes every month: $300 for 2 hours, $750 for 5 hours or $1,500 for 10 hours. Billed monthly in advance.
Founding rates are for our first three clients, in return for permission to name you in a case study. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Questions people ask.
A person checks every output that matters before it goes anywhere. We also measure accuracy on your own data before you rely on it, and fix defects for 30 days after a Sprint.
You do. We build in accounts you own, and once the work is paid for, what we build is yours. You also get a plain English runbook.
For the AI parts, you choose from Australian data options: Amazon Bedrock in Sydney, Microsoft Azure in Australia, or a local model. Your other data stays in the software you already use. Every statement of work names the model and the region.
Usually not. We connect the tools you already use, such as Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8 or Microsoft 365. If something new would help, the audit says so and what it costs.
The Automation Audit is delivered within 10 business days of starting, and we agree the start date when you book. A Sprint takes two to three weeks once it starts, and we agree the start date before you sign.
You get a runbook and 30 days of defect fixes. After that, a care plan covers monitoring, prompt and model updates, and a few hours of changes each month.
No. We build the systems; your accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer gives the advice. For AML/CTF, we build the onboarding workflow and your adviser writes your program.
